Axcertro Bootcamp – Terms and Conditions

Introduction
Axcertro Bootcamp (“Axcertro”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an online learning platform operated by Axcertro Private Limited, a company incorporated in Sri Lanka (PV 00239879). The platform offers specialized programs in Full-Stack Development, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Project Management, and UI/UX Design.
By accessing or using the Axcertro Bootcamp website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our platform.
Definitions
- Platform / Axcertro Bootcamp – the axcertro.com website and related services operated by Axcertro Private Limited.
- Student / Learner – an individual who enrolls in or participates in a course or program.
- Instructor / Mentor – a professional providing guidance, feedback, and instruction as part of the programs.
- User – any person accessing or using the platform, including Students and Mentors.
Acceptance of Terms
Use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
Our Role
Axcertro Bootcamp provides digital courses, mentorship, and project-based learning experiences. We do not guarantee employment or income as a result of course participation. Instructors provide guidance, but the responsibility for completing tasks and projects lies with the Student.
Registration and Accounts
- Users must create an account to access courses and learning resources.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Use of the Platform
- Users agree not to misuse the platform, infringe on the rights of others, or engage in fraudulent activities.
- Students must comply with all applicable laws regarding course usage, copyright, and intellectual property.
- We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these Terms or applicable law.
Payments and Fees
- Course fees must be paid according to the selected program plan.
- Payments are processed securely through our platform.
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in promotional offers or refund policies.
Course Access and Materials
- Access to courses is granted upon successful enrollment and payment.
- Course content, including videos, documents, and software, is for personal educational use only. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
- Axcertro retains the right to modify course content and schedules.
Refunds and Dispute Resolution
- Students may request a refund within seven (7) days of enrollment if they have not accessed course materials.
- Refund requests must be submitted via support@axcertro.com with relevant details.
- Decisions regarding refunds or disputes made by Axcertro Bootcamp are final.
Intellectual Property
- All content on axcertro.com—including course materials, designs, text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by or licensed to Axcertro Private Limited.
- Students may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axcertro Bootcamp is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or participation in courses. Our total liability is limited to the amount of course fees paid for the program giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at our discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not affect obligations arising from prior transactions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the platform after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
